CHARACTER STRENGTHS  A collaboration with Finnish Mental Health MIELI I illustrated a pack of 26 cards which are used as a tool for positive self improvement. ” Our character strengths are the positive qualities in each of us. They manifest in everyday situations and in our social relationships and can be strengthened through practice. Examining and consciously using our character strengths has been shown to increase our well-being and positive self-awareness.
